UX Designer

Responsibilities:

As a UX Designer at Atracio, you will be instrumental in crafting intuitive and user-centric designs for our ERP system. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
• Designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for new features and enhancements.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Creating design systems and maintaining consistency across the user interface.
• Advocating for user-centered design principles and best practices within the development team.
• Collaborating with developers to implement and bring designs to life.
• Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating innovative design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of web development technologies and constraints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for enterprise-level applications or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusivity in design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
