Software QA Tester

Responsibilities:

As a Software QA Tester at Atracio, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our ERP system. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and specifications.
• Designing and executing comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality, performance, and security.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies.
• Participating in the design and development of automated testing scripts.
• Conducting regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality.
• Collaborating with developers to facilitate root cause analysis and resolution of identified issues.
• Providing clear and detailed reports on testing progress and results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in testing business management software.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
