Responsibilities:
As a Business Developer at Atracio, you will be instrumental in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the MENA region. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
- Developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to devise effective campaigns and promotional activities.
- Identifying emerging trends and market demands to inform enhancements to Atracio’s ERP solutions.
- Negotiating and closing business deals to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful business development in the MENA region, preferably within the software or ERP industry.
- Strong understanding of the local business landscape, culture, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the MENA region as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the ERP or related software industry.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the business software domain.
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Arabic.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural and international environment.
